We’d usually suggest 2 or 3 meats and 5 salads along with flatbreads and sauces/dressings.

Pretty much everything is naturally gluten free except the flat breads and there’s plenty for vegans and vegetarians to enjoy too.

Service can be buffet style, self service, table service or street food style service straight from our street food stall/trailer.

It’s generally a bowl of grub, a fork and a napkin kinda thing.

Informal, relaxed, friendly and tasty.
