We’d usually suggest 2 or 3 meats and 5 salads along with flatbreads and sauces/dressings.
Pretty much everything is naturally gluten free except the flat breads and there’s plenty for vegans and vegetarians to enjoy too.
Service can be buffet style/self service, table service or street food style service straight from our street food stall/trailer.
It’s generally a bowl of grub, a fork and a napkin kinda thing.
